Billy Crudup Discusses Don’s Role in Bringing Him from the Screen to the World of Audio

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Tony Award-winning actor Billy Crudup of Harry Clarke, available exclusively on Audible, talked about meeting Don, who convinced him to take his show from the Broadway to stage to the ears of listeners across the world.

Initially hesitant to leaving out the act of “communing together” in a live theater, Crudup appreciated that Audible could bring his performance to “people out there who have no agency to come to New York,” especially during a pandemic. Crudup described Don as “delivering some of what I think are pretty rad and interesting, subversive ideas.”
